2

Submit e-Visa Application

Sponsorship is done online through the Indonesian Immigration and the Indonesian Embassy. Estimated time: 6-10 working days.

3

Embassy/Immigration Processing

After receiving visa approval, clients wait for a physical visa issuance by the embassy or approval for e-visa status. Estimated Time: 3-5 working days

*The total estimated time to apply Indonesian business visa is about 2-3 weeks.

Important Consideration

  • A business visa cannot be used to work or receive wages from individual and companies in Indonesia.
  • Applicants do not need to visit the embassy in person – the e-visa process is done 100% online.
  • Individuals with business visas must continue to adhere to all relevant immigration regulations and limitations on the length of their permitted stay.
  • Business Hub Asia only processes business visa applications for legitimate purposes and under Indonesian government regulations.
