Process and Timeline

Applying for VOA directly

  1. Present all required documents to immigration officers for verification.
  2. Complete the provided application form with accurate information.
  3. Once documentation is confirmed, receive a payment code and pay the specified immigration fee.
  4. Immigration officers will create a personal profile and validate your provided details.
  5. Upon successful validation and payment, the VOA sticker will be affixed to your travel document.

Applying for VOA online

  1. Gather all necessary documentation for your VOA application beforehand.
  2. Access the official application portal at molina.imigrasi.go.id using a laptop or smartphone browser.
  3. Accurately complete the online form with your details. Double-check the entered information and proceed to payment if everything is correct.
  4. Fill in the payment details and complete the payment following the given instructions.
  5. Wait for the verification process. The e-VOA will be delivered to your registered email address.
  6. Download and print the e-VOA before you travel to Indonesia.
  7. Upon arrival, immigration officers will scan the QR code on your e-VOA for validation, after which you will receive a physical VOA sticker for your passport.

Important Consideration

  • VoA is only valid for short visits (maximum 60 days after renewal).
  • It cannot be used for work, study, or long-term commercial activities.
